David Smalling, P.E., P.T.O.E., joined BHC RHODES’ Public Works segment as a project manager. Smalling has nearly 15 years of experience in transportation projects across Kansas and Missouri; from major highway projects and artilleries to rail services. Smalling’s immediate focus with BHC RHODES will be traffic engineering projects and customer relations.
“David’s extensive experience in surface transportation design especially at the local level, his traffic engineering abilities and his emphasis on delivering a quality project will be a great asset to our team,” said Kevin Honomichl, president of BHC RHODES.
Smalling is an active member in several professional organizations including American Public Works Association (APWA) which he serves as the K-12 Outreach Chairperson, Belton Chamber of Commerce and Missouri Municipal League. He is a graduate of Iowa State University.
