Leesburg, VA – Pennoni Associates, an ENR Top 100 engineering, design, and consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Kevin D. Shreiner, LS, CFM, has joined the firm as survey division manager in the firm’s Leesburg office.

Mr. Shreiner has spent more than 30 years in the land development field, and has a diverse background in project management, planning, and land surveying/geomatics. He is a licensed professional Land Surveyor in Virginia and a Certified Floodplain Manager. Mr. Shreiner is an active member of the Northern VA Building Industry Association, as well as the Virginia Association of Surveyors where he is currently the chairman of the membership committee. His first assignment with Pennoni will be the Tysons Corner Hotel and Salamander Resort in Middleburg, Virginia.
