Aurora, CO – Dec. 13, 2010 – Roger Pelham, PE, has joined The Merrick Consultancy as a senior consultant. The Consultancy (TMC) is a management, technical, and operations consulting service provider focused on the renewable, refining, and utilities markets throughout the US. As a senior consultant in the group, Pelham will focus on yield and energy optimization, refinery steam systems, heat exchange integration, and process modeling.
Mr. Pelham has over 40 years of consulting and management experience in the downstream petroleum industry. He developed his expertise during a long and distinguished career at Profimatics where he last served as president of the company. Pelham is expert in yield and energy audits and has provided these specialized consulting services to over 50 refineries worldwide. He also works with vendor companies to supply market, business, financial and technical strategies
Pelham is a member of the British Institution of Chemical Engineers and has also been recognized by the National Petrochemical and Refining Association with a lifetime service award. He holds an MSc and BSc, both in chemical engineering, from the University of Toronto and the University of Birmingham, respectively.
