Heather Dermyer Joins Psomas

Riverside, CA (May 6, 2009) – Heather Dermyer has joined the Psomas GIS Team as a Senior GIS Consultant.

Dermyer is a Certified GIS Professional with more than 10 years experience in developing cost-effective GIS solutions for government and utility clients. Her expertise includes managing projects involving field data acquisition, GIS implementation planning, hydraulic modeling, asset management, 3D Visualization and training. A successful grant writer, she has helped numerous clients obtain funding to plan and implement GIS solutions.

Prior to joining Psomas, Dermyer served as corporate GIS Manager at Stantec Consulting for 10 years.  Her projects spanned across the United States and Canada; many were recognized through various recognitions and awards.

A resident of Carlsbad, Dermyer is active in a number of ESRI User Groups, the San Diego Regional GIS Council and the American Public Works Association.
