Sacramento, CA (May 19, 2008) – Psomas is pleased to announce the promotions of Scott Bryant to Senior Project Manager and Adam Foster to Project Manager for land surveying operations in Psomas’ northern California region.
Bryant’s 17 year career has covered all aspects of surveying and photogrammetry serving public and private clients. His project background includes complicated geodetic GPS networks, high precision surveys, aerial mapping, digital ortho-imagery and construction surveys.
Foster (left) has 10 years of surveying experience. His background includes ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, construction staking, right-of-way mapping, boundary analysis and private land development. For the past two years Foster has been the Field Supervisor managing 6 field crews.
Both Bryant and Foster received their bachelor degrees from California State University, Fresno, and reside in Sacramento.
