SECO hires Regional Sales Representative for Eastern US

SECO grows its team of professionals by adding a field rep with over 20 years of experience

Redding, CA — SECO Manufacturing, Inc. recently welcomed aboard Jim Hattori, of Hartford, Wisconsin to fill the position of Regional Sales Representative.

Hattori brings over 20 years of experience to SECO. “Jim’s been in this field for quite a while; his experience within the surveying industry will be beneficial to our dealers and distributors. He’ll be a great asset to SECO,” said Mike Dahl, SECO VP of Sales and Marketing.

Hattori started his surveying career while still in high school, working for Citizen/Weiss Corp. He attended the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse and then went on to work for a number of prominent companies. In 1987 he began working for Kapur and Associates as a Survey Crew Chief. In 1990 Jim moved on to work for HNTB Corp., in Milwaukee. In 1995 Jim went to work for Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates and worked there as a Crew Chief until deciding on a career change from using the equipment to selling the equipment.

Hattori’s new job duties, according to Dahl will be, “as a field liaison between SECO distributors and dealers on the east coast and SECO’s California factory.” Dahl added that among his other sales duties, Hattori will be available to assist in training dealers and their customers on the benefits of new and existing SECO products.
