John Harrocks Joins R.A. Smith National’s Tarentum (Pittsburgh) Office as Survey Technician

Tarentum, Pa. — John Harrocks has joined the Tarentum (Pittsburgh) office of R.A. Smith National — civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, geographic information systems (GIS) and 3D visualization consultants — as a survey technician.

Harrocks has more than eight years of experience as a survey technician and survey crew chief, completing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys; boundary surveys; topographic surveys; residential, commercial and federal highway surveys; construction staking; and platting and staking of gas and oil wells.

Harrocks has a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and geography from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Aspinwall, Pennsylvania.
