Bischoff has more than eight years of experience as a survey technician and survey crew chief, completing boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction layout, residential and commercial surveys, and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. He has provided surveying services for a variety of projects including the Pittsburgh International Industrial Park, St. Paul’s Cathedral (Pittsburgh), North Hills YMCA (Wexford), Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge, a light rail system in Phoenix, and others. Bischoff earned an associate’s degree in computer-aided drafting and design from Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC), Pittsburgh.
