Wade Trim Expands Office with New Hires

Tampa, Fla. – Wade Trim – a leading civil engineering and planning firm – today announced the hiring of two employees, Oscar Duarte, PE, Project Manager on the Water Resources Market Segment Team, and Chad Minor, AICP, Professional Planner on the Municipal Services Market Segment Team.

Oscar Duarte has more than 19 years of experience as a Project Manager and Process Design Engineer on projects in the commercial and federal sectors. Duarte was previously employed by Reiss Environmental, Inc., based in Orlando, Fla., where he was Project Manager on various wastewater treatment and collection systems throughout Florida.
 
Chad Minor will use over a decade of industry experience to work on some of Wade Trim’s most high-profile municipal services projects such as the City of Venice. Prior to joining Wade Trim, Minor was employed by Cape-Coral-based firm Kimley-Horn Associates, Inc., where he served as a Planner and Project Manager.
