St. Augustine, Fla. – Bowyer-Singleton & Associates (Bowyer-Singleton), a full-service civil engineering firm based in downtown Orlando, recently announced an addition to the regional management team.
Kevin Hebert, P.E., has been hired as the regional office manager for Bowyer-Singleton’s First Coast branch in St. Augustine. In his new role Hebert will oversee the daily operations of the satellite office as well as provide design guidance and client coordination. For the past nine years, Hebert has practiced general civil engineering with strong emphasis on permitting and land development as a project manager in northeast Florida. Hebert is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a valuable addition to the Bowyer-Singleton team.
Hebert earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in physics from Jacksonville University.
