ELYRIA, OH — KS Associates, Inc., a leading civil engineering and land surveying firm headquartered in Elyria, Ohio, announces the appointment of Nancy M. DeVille to chief financial officer. DeVille is responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, strategic planning, cash flow management and budget preparation. This newly created position at KS Associates supports the firm’s growth strategy and helps to fulfill its mission of continually sharpening its focus on performance and client service.
DeVille has more than 16 years’ experience in all aspects of financial planning and management, including accounting, auditing and forecasting. She has been a certified public accountant since 1990. Prior to joining KS Associates, DeVille has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including director of finance for Ernst & Young LLP in Cleveland and, most recently, as senior financial analyst for Charter One Bank. She has also performed commercial loan consulting for Cleveland-based Resources Connection.
DeVille has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting from Cleveland State University. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
