Fernandez has been with Bowman for over a year and he has over 20 years of engineering experience. As branch manager, Fernandez will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to include project delivery and business development. He has a civil engineering degree from Texas A&M and is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland.
Fernandez lives in Pasadena, Md., with his wife Vanessa and their children.
