July 18, 2018 – Raleigh, NC – Maser Consulting PA, a multidiscipline consulting and engineering design firm, is pleased to announce that it has hired Dale A. Lovelace, PLS as Geographic Discipline Leader of Survey/Geospatial Services. He will oversee the development of opportunities in the US Southeastern states while heading-up the firm’s newest office location in Raleigh. Mr. Lovelace has over 20 years of combined professional experience that spans conventional survey, geospatial mapping and project management in both public and private sectors.
“Dale has a very diversified survey and consulting background that extends throughout all phases of the civil and site development and construction layout process,” explained Tommy S. Mallard, Geographic Discipline Leader and Senior Project Director of Survey for Maser Consulting. “His experience will bring particular value to the local Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill Triangle.”
Mr. Lovelace’s survey expertise includes boundary, topographic, archaeological, architectural, wetlands, building monitoring, and GPS surveys. He has provided construction management and survey stakeout services on a range of project types, including commercial, residential, recreational, industrial, healthcare, and transportation.
Maser Consulting’s new Raleigh office was opened in-line with the firm’s strategic plan to provide a full set of diversified engineering design services largely concentrating in geospatial survey and mapping for transportation (roadways, airports and rail), energy, educational and medical facilities, ports, military installations and other market sector projects.
