Vernon Hills, Ill. – (January 22, 2018) – National civil engineering and surveying firm Manhard Consulting has added an internal survey division to its Houston-area office, located in The Woodlands, and has appointed Paul Bretherton, RPLS, to lead the new team as Survey Division Manager.
Bretherton will be responsible for overseeing all field and staff surveyors while providing review and oversight for all local land development projects.
