San Antonio – (July 25, 2017) – Manhard Consulting, a leading U.S. civil engineering and surveying firm, today announced the opening of a new office, located in San Antonio, to better service the growth of the Texas economy. Manhard’s national network of civil engineers, surveyors and environmental consultants will provide expertise in the areas of hydraulics and hydrology and environmental site assessment for the rapidly growing Central Texas economic community.
The greater San Antonio area is in the midst of significant economic expansion. According to the U.S Census Bureau, San Antonio ranked third among U.S cities in population increase from 2015 to 2016, adding 24,473 residents. In 2016, the city invested $1.1 billion into new commercial developments, and, so far, in 2017 has seen a double-digit rise in commercial property value. Manhard’s new full-service office of engineers, surveyors and environmental consultants will support the thriving San Antonio economy by delivering successful commercial, residential and industrial developments needed by the city, as it continues to attract new businesses, residents and update its infrastructure.
