McKim & Creed Expands Houston Management Staff

Houston—McKim & Creed, Inc., one of the top engineering, surveying and planning firms in the U.S., is pleased to welcome David Spradley, RPLS, to its Houston staff.

Mr. Spradley joins McKim & Creed as a geomatics project manager. He has 30 years of experience in the geospatial information industry, and is skilled in geodesy, land surveying, and aerial mapping project management including global positioning system (GPS), hydrographic surveying, international coordinate systems and map projections, high-accuracy control network design, aerial photo missions, and the mapping of highway, oil and gas pipeline, power transmission and railroad corridors.
