Dewberry Announces the Promotion of Scott Bleeker

Senior survey manager promoted to associate in firm’s Bloomfield, New Jersey, office

Fairfax, VA—May 11, 2017 – Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, is pleased to announce that Scott Bleeker, PLS, CFM, has been promoted to associate in the firm’s Bloomfield, New Jersey, office.

With more than 25 years of experience in the surveying industry, Bleeker’s extensive expertise includes land, boundary, and topographic surveys, geodetic control networks, robotic total stations, land development, site planning and engineering, stormwater and grading design, drainage construction, and local and state permit processes.

Since joining the firm more than three years ago, Bleeker has worked on numerous surveying projects throughout New Jersey, including the Garden State Parkway Interchange 163 improvements; the Rebuild by Design Hudson River project; and master services agreements for Public Service Electric and Gas Company, Norfolk Southern, and Conrail.

Bleeker earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors and the Association of State Floodplain Managers.
