Irvine, California – December 7, 2016 – Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Kurt Troxell, PLS to the position of Senior Mapping Manager at Fuscoe’s Irvine corporate office location.
Kurt has 25+ years of experience in the A/E/C arena and over the course of his career has managed surveying and mapping projects for both public and private clients throughout Southern California. Kurt brings a comprehensive understanding of the land surveying/mapping profession and has extensive experience in cadastral and geodetic control surveys, including preparation of records of surveys, right-of-way documents, legal descriptions, topographic mapping, construction surveying, ALTA surveys, tentative/final subdivision mapping, condominium mapping and municipality on-call professional consulting services. Kurt has a thorough knowledge of advanced survey and mapping technologies, with exceptional expertise in integrating these systems into an efficient workflow process.
Kurt has overseen a number of mapping teams providing services for such diverse clients as the Cities of Irvine, Corona and Oceanside, Port of Long Beach, County of Orange, Caltrans, OCTA, IRWD, SDG&E, The Irvine Company, Rancho Mission Viejo, Standard Pacific Homes, Brookfield Homes, Sares-Regis Group, KB Home, Shea Homes and Blattner Energy. His projects have included residential and master plan communities; commercial/industrial and retail developments; streets, highways and TOD projects; educational facilities; military bases; basins, channels and habitat corridors; water treatment plants; photovoltaic sites and everything in between.
At Fuscoe, Kurt is currently managing mapping and surveying work for multiple Brookfield Residential projects throughout Southern California; Alliance Residential projects in Santa Ana and Laguna Niguel; High Park master planned community in Los Angeles for iStar Financial; USC Catalina Marine Science Center in Catalina; and various projects within the Rancho Mission Viejo Esencia planning areas for Shea Homes, Pulte, MBK and CalAtlantic.
