Cinquini & Passarino, Inc. is proud to announce the opening of our new office in Napa, California. Our new office is located in the heart of the Napa Valley which will allow our experienced professionals to provide our clients with professional surveying services to the entire North Bay.
The Napa office is being led by a long time Napa surveyor and engineer, Mark P. Andrilla, P.E., P.L.S. Mark is a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor in the State of California with over 26 years of experience, with an emphasis on municipal government projects. His experience in topographic surveys, right of way and boundary surveys, legal descriptions and plats, construction surveys, and overall project management enhances his ability to effectively provide professional surveying services for infrastructure improvements, redevelopment, and development projects. Mark previously worked for the City of Napa Public Works Department and is very familiar with the particulars of the Napa Valley, its various projects, and the infrastructure throughout the area.
