Masciantoni, a resident of Georgetown, Pa., has more than 27 years of experience, including surveying work for energy, transportation, residential, and commercial clients. His background includes all aspects of surveying, from acquisition, design, and construction to record and/or as-built documentation. He also holds a professional land surveyor license from the state of Florida.
