Philadelphia – Pennoni, ranked No. 95 on ENR’s Top Design Firm, is pleased to announce, the acquisition of the assets of Jones-Stuckey and Philip Post & Associates. The additions of both firms will expand Pennoni’s reach to 27 offices throughout the Eastern and Mid-Western regions of the United States.
Announced on March 2, Jones-Stuckey will now do business as Jones-Stuckey, A Division of Pennoni. Founded in 1965, Jones-Stuckey is a civil engineering firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio with a regional office in Akron. The firm provides transportation, bridge, water/wastewater, water resources, structural and construction engineering inspection services to the state. Firm principal, David W. Jones, PE, will remain active in the company.
The second acquired firm, Philip Post & Associates, is a civil engineering and land surveying firm providing land planning, site design, water/wastewater and construction inspection services. Founded in 1979, Philip Post & Associates is headquartered in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. As of May 4, the firm does business as Philip Post & Associates, A Division of Pennoni. Philip Post, PE, president, will remain active in the company.
