Regional Manager of Rail Services Thomas Reed, LS, is heading the development of Norfolk’s office. Reed is a foremost authority on Amberg rail trolley technology, a highly efficient system for as-built surveying of existing railway lines. As such, he has been tasked with strengthening the firm’s rail services nationally. Paired with Mr. Reed’s extensive experience, the location supports the Firm’s effort in serving freight and mass transit clients.
