Alex Lincoln Named President of Fenstermaker

Lafayette, LA – 2015 marks the 65th Anniversary of Fenstermaker and the firm begins the year with some big changes. Fenstermaker CEO and Chairman of the Board, William H. Fenstermaker, recently announced the appointment of Alex B. Lincoln as President of Fenstermaker. Mr. Lincoln succeeds Dr. Kam Movassaghi who retired after ten years with the company on January 1. Dr. Movassaghi leaves behind a legacy of growth and progress forever etched into the history of the company.

“Kam was an integral part of the Fenstermaker Team and was responsible for many of our advancements during his tenure as President,” said Fenstermaker. “His contributions gave us the structure required for growth and defined our path towards excellence in all areas of our operations. Kam’s leadership has been a valued component of our success, and we wish him the very best in the retirement he richly deserves.”

Alex Lincoln holds a BA Liberal Arts degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Mr. Lincoln spent three years in Germany on assignment with Huels, a chemical and plastics corporation. During this time, he participated in the company’s Executive Management program and was a member of the firm’s corporate development and strategy group.

Mr. Lincoln has worked in various industries including Chemicals & Plastic, Transportation, Petroleum, Construction, and Pipeline. He has been involved with multiple disciplines at several companies within these industries, including Sales and Marketing, Production and Planning, Corporate and Business Development, Strategic Innovation, Financial Analysis and Planning, and Team Building.

Mr. Lincoln’s varied background and working knowledge of a myriad of industries and disciplines should prove a great fit for the 65 year old Fenstermaker firm known for its diversity of services to a broad range of client types. Mr. Lincoln’s wealth of experience gives him the advantage of seeing things from many points of view and he looks forward to sharing his knowledge and apply lessons learned to the disciplines practiced by Fenstermaker.
