Bernie McInally Joins Psomas

San Diego, CA (December 11, 2014) – Psomas is pleased to announce that Bernie McInally has joined Psomas as Survey Team Leader. Bernie will be responsible for the San Diego County survey operation and will assist with business development throughout Southern California.

A registered professional licensed surveyor, McInally has more than 25 years of experience in providing construction, topographic, boundary, control, cadastral, utility location, GPS, and HDS surveys.

McInally has served as a survey team leader and project manager on right-of-way projects for a wide array of clients. His transportation client base includes Caltrans, San Diego Association of Governments, Riverside County Transportation Commission, San Bernardino Associated Governments, Orange County Transportation Authority, the Federal Highway Administration, and the Federal Aviation Administration. His development clients include California State Parks, the National Park Service, and the Inland Valley Development Agency. Additionally he has provided surveying services for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, California Department of Water Resources, the US Navy, and the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Prior to joining Psomas, McInally was a survey Principal with Towill and David Evans and Associates.

McInally earned his AA in Land Surveying from Rancho Santiago Community College and a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
