Canonsburg, PA, November 19, 2014: Dawood Engineering, Inc. (Dawood) is proud to welcome Charles (Chad) Shields, PLS as Director of Survey Services – Western Region. Working from the Pittsburgh regional office, Mr. Shields will be responsible for the overall survey management, strategic development and support of Dawood Engineering’s Surveying Services for the Transportation, Energy and Land Development market sectors in that region.
Mr. Shields joins Dawood with over 25 years of survey experience in Energy, Land Development and Transportation projects across the United States. As a resident of Western Pennsylvania, he has extensive knowledge and experience working on midstream projects within the Marcellus and Utica Shale formations. Mr. Shields has managed complex surveying related projects in many capacities and will contribute to developing existing and future projects.
