The Keynote Speaker for this year’s Plenary session will be U.S. Air Force Brigadier General Ronald Huntley, Director of Strategic Plans, Programs & Analyses at Air Force Space Command. The CGSIC was designed to be the primary interface between the world’s users of GPS signals and the GPS program officials.
