BHC RHODES Adds Talent Development Manager

Lizzie Mendoza joined BHC RHODES as the new Talent Development Manager in their corporate office in Overland Park, Kansas. BHC RHODES’ continued growth, adding 66 employees so far this year and plans for 30 more over the next year, has elevated the need for a concentrated effort on recruiting and talent development. Mendoza’s core focus areas are recruiting, performance management, training and development and culture management. Mendoza came to BHC RHODES from Nonprofit Solution’s, Inc. and prior to that was in human resources at Fort Dodge Animal Health.

With recruiting being in the forefront for BHC RHODES, Mendoza’s talent search will focus on the Kansas City metro and include technical positions, field employees and project managers. Mendoza received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University and her Masters of Business Administration from Friends University.
