Mr. David Nolte, P.E. joined BHC RHODES’ Public Works team as a project manager with over 25 years of diverse experience in both private firms and city municipalities. Nolte’s immediate focus with BHC RHODES is a project for the Unified Government of Wyandotte County at 8th and Minnesota. The project is in the conceptual design phase for intersection improvements which will include better on-street parking.

Nolte is a graduate from the first Emerging Leaders Program sponsored by ACEC-KS and is actively involved in several professional organizations such as, American Public Works Association, American Council of Engineering Companies and on the Johnson County Community College Civil Engineering Technology Advisory Board. Nolte holds a Pervious Concrete Certification, ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Certification and a KDOT Basic Inspection Certification.
