Mr. Ryan Elam, P.E. former project engineer with BHC RHODES has been promoted to Project Manager in their Development Services segment. His proven success on project management teams for multiple large area developers in the Kansas City market, led to his placement in this key company position. Elam’s project portfolio includes such recognizable projects as Village West Luxury Apartments near the Legends Outlet, Central Industrial Park, Fort Riley Sanitary Sewer Repairs and CDBG Neighborhood Street Reconstruction Program.
