Rochester Hills, MI (April 1, 2014) – Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc. (SDA), a national civil engineering, landscape architectural, and surveying firm, hires David L. Nepper, PS as a Project Manager within their Survey Department. With more than 10 years of experience in the surveying field, Mr. Nepper will manage survey projects for both municipal and private development clients.

Dave has the qualities we were looking for, like flexibility, leadership, and teamwork, to go along with his enthusiasm and initiative.
