Psomas Taps Matthew Clark as Director of Engineering

New Principals Also Announced

Los Angeles, CA (January 30, 2014) – Matthew Clark, PE has been named Psomas’ new corporate director of engineering. Clark takes the helm of a newly formed group that consolidates the firm’s transportation, public works and site development engineering practices.

“This reorganization positions us to be much more aggressive in pursuing new opportunities and bring the most experienced teams to bear on our projects. Matt is the perfect choice to lead our new Engineering Group,” said Blake Murillo, Psomas president.

Clark has amassed more than 20 years of experience managing multi-million dollar projects for both public and private clients. Previously, Clark was corporate director of the firm’s Transportation and Public Works Group, overseeing all transportation and water/wastewater operations. He is a credentialed Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP).

New Principals
Psomas also is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Principals of the Firm: Debra Lambeck, Peter Fitzpatrick and Reuben Tolentino.

As General Counsel, Debra Lambeck oversees all of Psomas’ legal affairs, including risk management, contracts, acquisitions, and legal compliance. An attorney for nearly 30 years, Debra also serves as Corporate Secretary as well as providing management guidance in areas such as human resources, corporate governance and quality assurance.

Peter Fitzpatrick, PLS, Survey team leader in the firm’s Orange County office, has over 25 years of professional land surveying experience. He is responsible for all aspects of ALTA, design and as-built, architectural, utility, topographic, subdivision mapping, and right-of-way surveys.

Reuben Tolentino, CCM, is the team leader for the Construction Management Group’s Southern California division. He has over 15 years of experience providing construction management and inspection services for a broad range of public and private projects, from privately funded small tenant improvements to large capital improvement programs. He is a credentialed Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP).
