These data sets add to the ever-growing number of more than 1.6 trillion Digital Coast lidar points that are freely available for customized download. The data in the Northeast region now provide complete coastal lidar coverage from Connecticut through Maine. The Mississippi lidar cover large multi-county areas and the USACE data set covers the entire portion of the Mississippi River Delta in the Vicksburg District. The lidar from Ohio and Pennsylvania cover the U.S. shorelines of Lakes Erie and Ontario. The data from the PSLC represent over 12 years’ worth of lidar collection. These data sets cover large areas that were previously not surveyed, update coastal regions with newer lidar, or provide an alternate source for users wanting to download customized lidar output.
