Colorado – Merrick & Company (www.merrick.com) recently provided comprehensive civil engineering services to the Rampart Range Metro District (RRMD) for off-site improvements supporting the new Schwab Corporate Office Campus at RidgeGate West Village, City of Lone Tree, CO. Merrick has worked with RRMD for over six years providing surveying and civil engineering services for planning and design efforts of this substantial site.
The headquarters campus will consist of an administration building, retail building, and two office buildings that are currently in the first phase of development. Merrick provided design and coordination of off-site improvements including surrounding roadways, water transmission lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm sewer, and fiber optic communication conduits. Additionally, Merrick will be providing a roadway crossing over Willow Creek, which includes a new pedestrian underpass.
The new Schwab 50-acre campus is located south of Lincoln Avenue, west of Interstate-25. Off-site design work included coordination with Felsburg Holt Ulliveg, SDG, Matrix Design group, Diverse Project Consultants, Ground Engineering, and ERO Resources. The project is scheduled for completion in November 2013.
