St. Charles, IL – Sidwell is pleased to announce that Nathan Dean has been promoted to the position of Solutions Support Manager. In this role Nate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all of Sidwell’s internal and external client software support.
According to Chad Bergeson, Director of Solutions and Support; “As Sidwell’s client base has grown, it has become clear that more direct coordination and oversight of our Helpdesk is necessary. I am completely confident that Nate is the right person to provide this very important service to our clients.”
The Sidwell Helpdesk support team is comprised of Nate Dean, Rich Kern and Soomee Kong. This team of analysts allows us to provide live support from 7 AM to 7 PM Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
