Houston, TX – Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc., today announced the appointment of Dale Conger, P.E. as CobbFendley’s President effective on April 8, 2013. Mr. Conger brings more than 37 years of engineering and management experience to his new role having previously served as Vice President of CobbFendley. Mr. Conger replaces Allen Watson, P.E. who will officially retire in June, 2013 to pursue travel and personal hobbies.
