Colorado – April 4, 2013 – Merrick & Company (http://www.merrick.com/Infrastructure) provided civil engineering services for a revitalization project at the southwest corner of I-25 and 23rd Avenue in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of the City and County of Denver. The community was planned and building designs were provided by KEPHART community :: planning :: architecture.
Located just west of downtown Denver near the banks of the Platte River; the project includes transforming four separate dilapidated properties into a new vibrant residential area with spectacular views of downtown. The project will include a high-end four-building multi-family complex sitting on 6.4 acres, totaling 265 units.
Merrick provided design services for offsite roads and utility improvements, onsite grading and retaining wall locations, storm water drainage, underground detention and water quality vaults, interior parking lots, and water/sanitary sewer utilities.
