Westlake Consultants Promotes Toby Bolden, PLS, to Manager, Development Survey Division

Westlake Consultants, Inc. has promoted Toby Bolden, PLS to Manager-Development Survey Division. Toby joined Westlake in 1998 and most recently served as a Project Manager. Toby has played a key role in recent Westlake projects including the award-winning Lake Oswego Interceptor Sewer (LOIS), the Lake Oswego-Tigard Joint Water Transmission Line, and the Oregon State Hospital total campus reconstruction in Salem. Toby’s nearly twenty years of field and office surveying experience includes expertise in AutoCAD, as well as 3D laser scanning to augment conventional survey.

Toby first became interested in surveying after a summer internship with the City of Portland’s Bureau of Transportation. He enjoys learning about the varied industries of his clients and the problem-solving aspect of surveying.
