Veteran consultant brings dynamic experience in diverse market sectors
Chantilly, Va., October 23, 2012 — Bowman Consulting has appointed Kevin Deloye as principal to progressively identify new and diverse opportunities in the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Deloye will be responsible for strengthening strategic growth and development in new market sectors.

With more than 27 years in the civil engineering and consulting field, Mr. Deloye is a recognized and accomplished land development consulting veteran in an extensive range of markets. His strategic economic development expertise played an integral part in the development of the 1+ million-square-foot Capital One West Creek Campus in Richmond, Virginia.
Mr. Deloye earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Union College. His career has afforded a strong background in the commercial and retail sector, as well as a dynamic skill set in a variety of land development markets.
As a longtime, respected professional in the economic development industry, Mr. Deloye has been involved in the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Virginia Economic Development Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
