August 13, 2012 – Newburgh, N.Y. – Maser Consulting P.A., a leading multi-disciplinary engineering firm, is pleased to announce that James H. Fitzsimmons, P. E. has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager/Associate in the Civil Engineering Group. Formerly a Project Manager at Stantec Consulting Services, he joins Maser Consulting in the Newburgh, New York office.
Mr. Fitzsimmons is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York with over twenty years of civil engineering experience, specifically applied to municipal and environmental engineering in a multi-disciplinary capacity. His experience includes municipal water and wastewater projects, stormwater projects, dam improvement and compliance projects, road and sidewalk reconstruction projects, and technical reviews for Planning and Zoning Boards.
