Steven A. Amos, PLS, CFS will lead Charlotte-area land surveying operations
June 25, 2012 (Mooresville, NC) – WSP SELLS announced today that Steven A. Amos, PLS, CFS of Stanley, NC will lead the firm’s Mooresville surveying services. In this position, Amos will lead the firm’s land surveying service capabilities in the metro-Charlotte area.
Amos has 17 years of experience as a land surveyor and has extensive experience with ALTA, boundary, topographic, platting, construction layout and as-built surveys, directing team members and supervising personnel. His extensive experience includes working with a mix of private and public clients in North and South Carolina, including utility and other infrastructure organizations.
Amos is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in North Carolina and is a FEMA Certified Floodplain Surveyor (CFS).
Amos has been an active member of the North Carolina Society of Surveyors, International Right of Way Association and Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. He attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
Prior to joining WSP SELLS, Amos worked for local firms, most recently as Associate Vice President/Survey Department Manager at Stewart Engineering.
