Orlando, Fla. (April 2012) – Bowyer-Singleton welcomes back Clayton Lee, P.E., Manager of Drainage Design, to our Transportation Department, where he worked previously from 1988 to 1992 as a Drainage Engineer. Clayton has over 28 years of experience in drainage design and analysis, roadway design, stormwater management system retrofitting, stormwater conveyance systems, retention/attenuation facilities, drainage studies and bridge hydraulic reports. Clayton acquired his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lamar University in Texas. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Florida Engineering Society
In his new position at Bowyer-Singleton, Clayton is responsible for client and permitting agency coordination, management and oversight of the drainage design staff, and quality control of roadway related stormwater management designs.
