The Coalition to Save Our GPS today filed its response to the Federal Communications Commission International Bureau Public Notice seeking comment on the NTIA letter and proposed International Bureau actions that would withdraw the conditional waiver it granted LightSquared and prohibit it from building a ground-based wireless network.
