Miggins, P.E., President of KS Associates and Vermilion City Engineer, received the Cleveland Engineering Society (CES) Hall of Fame Award, the highest award given to an individual by the Society. The award is presented to engineers or design/construction professionals to honor outstanding achievements or careers in the fields of engineering, architecture or construction. Recipients must demonstrate a track record of working toward the betterment of professional efforts — beyond the day-to-day routine of work and business. They must also have made outstanding contributions to the profession, the public welfare, and/or humankind.
