Vigneault as Project Manager, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D Laser Scanning Services, to its New Jersey office.
Bringing Ms. Vigneault to MAI is part of its overall commitment to investing in resources to serve the growing demand in BIM markets. Gregory B. Lawes, Meridian’s Principal for 3D Laser Scanning Services, is very enthusiastic about Ms. Vigneault’s arrival. “Ms. Vigneault will play a pivotal role in helping Meridian achieve its important objectives of driving efficiencies, mitigating risk, improving accuracy, constantly assessing our tools, and delivering high value to our clients.” Since 2005, Meridian has made significant investment into BIM, and has proven to be an industry leader in providing innovative solutions with 3D data to solve real problems.
Ms. Vigneault will head the overall strategic planning for Meridian’s BIM and 3D Laser Scanning Services within the Architecture Engineering Construction industry (AEC). Ms. Vigneault previously worked for Microdesk Inc., an Autodesk Premier Solution Provider, where she was instrumental in the implementation & deployment of BIM. Her work included extensive content and process creation, project BIM management, and interdisciplinary team coordination. Ms. Vigneault is considered a leading expert in BIM processes and tools for the design and construction industry, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and related technologies. Ms. Vigneault is one of the few Revit ICE (Implementation Certified Expert) Architectural professionals, as well as being an Autodesk Certified Instructor and a LEED™ Accredited Professional.
