Based in Dubuque, Iowa, Mr. Andre is a veteran Geomatics professional, with over 25 years of experience including responsibilities as Sr. Product Manager at SMI (Eagle Point Software) and Advanced Technology Manager and Partner at CarteGraph Systems. In his new position he will be responsible for tuning the CHC GNSS portfolio for the American market and setting up a dealer channel in the United States and Canada.
