Lancaster, Pa. – RETTEW, an Engineering News-Record top 500 design firm providing engineering, transportation, environmental consulting, planning and surveying services, recently welcomed new hires Patrick G. DeNardo, PE, LEED AP, and Brian D. Spray, PE.

Patrick G. DeNardo, PE, LEED AP
DeNardo is a senior engineer in the land development group in RETTEW’s Mechanicsburg office. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of land development services RETTEW provides to its natural gas clients. Additionally, his role involves client relationship management, budget management, consultant coordination and public presentations.
DeNardo has thirteen years of progressive land development project experience. In addition to his project management expertise, DeNardo is well versed in stormwater management designs and reports, floodplain studies and reports, erosion control designs, best management practice (BMP) design, environmental permitting, land development plan preparation and construction cost opinions. In addition, DeNardo has experience in presenting projects to local and regulatory officials.
A licensed professional engineer, DeNardo has a bachelor’s degree in physics from Allegheny College. He is a member of the US Green Building Council, Central Pennsylvania Chapter. He resides in Halifax, Dauphin County, Pa.
Brian D. Spray, PE
Spray is a project manager in the land development group in RETTEW’s Williamsport office. He is responsible for management and oversight of project teams that provide well pad design and permitting, roadway improvements, water impoundments and surface water withdrawals for RETTEW’s natural gas clients. He is also serves as client manager for natural gas clients throughout the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays, and he is involved in business development.
Spray has more than 13 years of diverse permitting experience in commercial, residential, industrial and institutional land development projects. His expertise includes due diligence reports, zoning hearing board testimonies, project layout and conceptual design, grading, stormwater management, water quality design, drinking water design, pump station design and sanitary sewer layout.
Spray is a licensed professional engineer with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from George Washington University. He resides in Lewisburg, Union County, Pa.
