Lancaster, Pa. — The shareholders of Rettew Flowback Inc. (RFI) recently appointed Christopher G. Foreman to serve on RFI’s board of directors. RFI, a sister company of RETTEW Associates, Inc. (RETTEW), provides the oil and gas industry with construction site inspection, pad construction inspection, pad management, traffic management and water treatment and recycling services. Foreman serves as RFI’s general manager.
“Chris’s involvement in the various facets of flowback treatment, along with his environmental engineering expertise and experience with natural gas clients, complement RFI’s board of directors very well,” said Mark Lauriello, president, RETTEW. “I congratulate Chris on his new role.”
As a member of RFI’s board of directors, Foreman has fiduciary responsibility to RFI and its shareholders, and he will play a significant role in making decisions with regard to RFI’s strategic direction and management of RFI’s finances and policies. Foreman’s term on RFI’s board runs through June 2013.
RETTEW welcomed Foreman in 2007 as a project manager in the firm’s environmental engineering group. In 2010, upon RFI’s inception, Foreman became tasked with marketing and business development for RFI, and he served as RFI’s primary point of contact in the field.
As RFI’s general manager, Foreman primarily manages all services RFI provides to its natural gas clients. Working in the field, he manages and trains personnel, is involved in marketing and serves as liaison between RFI and its clients. He also assists natural gas clients with implementing new operating procedures and projecting capital investment for the natural gas industry.
In addition to his expertise in the new technology used to treat flowback, Foreman has 22 years of experience in environmental engineering, which includes water and wastewater collection, conveyance and treatment systems design; operator training and municipal water and wastewater pretreatment system design and installation. He also has marketing experience and has served as liaison between clients and governmental entities. He resides in Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pa.
