Lancaster, Pa. – RETTEW, an Engineering News-Record top 500 design firm providing engineering, transportation, environmental consulting, planning and surveying services, recently relocated its Lehigh Valley office to 941 Marcon Boulevard, Suite 801, Allentown, Pa. The firm’s local office was previously located at 701 West Broad Street, Suite 203, Bethlehem.
“RETTEW’s new, larger Lehigh Valley office enhances our regional visibility and reaffirms our commitment to area clients and surrounding communities,” said Mark Lauriello, PE, president, RETTEW.
The 7,200-square-foot facility is significantly larger than RETTEW’s previous local office and employs nine professional staff members. RETTEW anticipates adding six new employees by the end of 2012.
“Having a larger office location allows us to grow our staff and provide clients with greater accessibility to our services,” added Charles Myers, PE, director, energy services, RETTEW. Myers, a Lehigh County resident, oversees RETTEW’s Lehigh Valley office.
Locally, RETTEW provides engineering and consulting services to the City of Allentown, City of Bethlehem, Pen Argyl Borough/Municipal Authority, Habitat for Humanity of Lehigh Valley and Lehigh County Authority. The firm is actively involved in the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation.
RETTEW is also an active member of the Marcellus Shale Coalition. The firm provides engineering, consulting and construction-related services to natural gas exploration and production firms active in Pennsylvania’s Marcellus Shale region and the Utica Shale Play in Ohio. As a result, RETTEW has opened new or expanded their existing offices in Pennsylvania; RETTEW also recently opened its first office in Canton, Ohio.
