Cornelius Returns to Wade Trim as Planning and Land Use Consultant

Tampa, Fla. – Brad Cornelius, AICP, CPM, LEED Green Assoc., was hired as a professional planner by Wade Trim, Inc. A former and returning employee of the leading water/wastewater, transportation, civil engineering, and planning firm, Cornelius will provide planning and land use consulting services to Wade Trim’s Florida clients.
 
Originally employed by Wade Trim, Inc. from 1999 to 2006, Cornelius left the firm to serve as Director of Planning and Development for Sumter County, Florida. He will put the experience gained in this role – which included long and short range planning, zoning, development review, building permitting and inspections, code enforcement, contractor licensing, housing, and geographic information systems – to use for Wade Trim’s clients. 
 
A graduate of Rollins College, Cornelius earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Economics. He also took part in graduate studies in urban planning at the University of Florida.
