(NASDAQ: FARO), the world’s leading provider of portable measurement and imaging solutions announces it will host their annual 3D Documentation Conference at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, February 21-22, 2012. It’s the company’s first time holding the event on U.S. soil. Workshops in a number of tracks including civil engineering, historic preservation and forensic investigation will provide attendees with hands-on training opportunities from respected industry experts.
“This conference brings 3D professionals together under one roof to share ideas, best practices and techniques,” said David Morse, FARO’s Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Americas. “As the leader in 3D imaging technology, FARO is pleased to provide a forum for the best minds in our industry to share their unique insights.” Registration investment for the 3D Documentation Conference is $495 and includes a welcome reception, breakfasts, lunches and a gala dinner. Exhibitors are invited to participate in the 3D Exhibition to be held during the conference. Space is limited, and all lunches and breaks will be held in the main hall, so exhibitors are assured an opportunity to interact and meet, one-on-one, with decision-makers from all areas of 3D scanning.
